The role of the Technical Support Engineer – Boilers & Renewables will involve:
* Technical Support Engineer dealing with a range of heating solutions such as boilers, heat tanks and renewable heat pumps
* The majority of your time will be acting as first line technical support to merchants, contractors, installers and housing associations for all queries relating to central heating products
* The remainder of your time offering technical support to internal stakeholders
* Fielding inbound telephone queries and provide appropriate solutions
* Carry out product training and familiarisation for both colleagues and customers
* Prompt and accurate reporting to the Customer Care Manager
* Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
The ideal applicant will be a Technical Support Engineer – Boilers & Renewables with:
* Must have experience within the plumbing, heating and renewables sector
* Would be ideal to have knowledge specifically in renewables, heat pumps and air sourced heat pumps however open
* May be open to one of the following or closely related: engineer, installer, technical support, technical engineers, technical advisors,
* Positive telephone manor with the ability to resolve customer queries in a professional manor
* IT literate (Microsoft Office)
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Stable career history
