About the job Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for and assisting with the following duties Generate month-end consolidated invoices Produce and maintain customer reporting Post daily cash receipts, lodgements, and credit card transactions Reconcile customer invoices and payments Perform account reconciliations, including private sale accounts Process employee expense and mileage claims Carry out credit control activities Monitor and manage customer credit status Support customs declaration processes under the Windsor Framework (training provided) Complete EC Sales Lists and Intrastat returns Assist with month-end finance administration Your skills & experience Experience of working in an administration role (Essential) Experience working in a finance admin/ accounts assistant position (Desirable) Currently studying toward IATI or equivalent (Desirable and full study support can be provided) Have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
