Prison Support Role
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Operational Support Grade. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
About the Job:
The Operational Support Grade plays a vital role in the day-to-day running of a busy prison. As part of a supportive team, you will be responsible for various tasks including security, searches, managing deliveries, supervising visitors, and monitoring phone calls and CCTV.
This is a varied and active job that involves a combination of desk duties and physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and walking to accompany vehicles across the prison grounds.
Requirements:
* You don't need any qualifications for this role, but good communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential.
* You will work a variety of shifts, including weekend and night shifts, to ensure the smooth operation of the prison.
