Job Description

Position: HR Systems Analyst\n\nLocation: SW1\n Contract Type: 6 months Fixed Term Contract (end of March 26, with a view to being extended)\n Salary: £41,340 per annum plus a Market Supplement Allowance (MSA) of £4,000\n\nHours: 36 Monday - Friday\n\nHybrid: Two days in office Wednesday and Thursday\n\nOur client is seeking a skilled HR Systems Analyst to join their HR Systems and Data Team. This role is pivotal in supporting and enhancing the new iTrent HR and Payroll System, ensuring that customers can maximise the applications' capabilities for optimal performance and productivity.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nSystem Leadership: Serve as an HR Systems expert, providing technical guidance and leadership on HR applications to customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from the iTrent system.\nTroubleshooting & Support: Lead the resolution of system issues and customer inquiries by following established procedures for system and incident management. Document all actions and outcomes to maintain a clear record of activities.\nReport Development: utilise various report-writing and data extraction tools to create insightful reports that aid in decision-making and performance tracking.\nSystem Interfaces: Oversee the support of key system interfaces, ensuring seamless communication between various platforms and applications.Required Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:\n\nSubstantial experience in the development and support of iTrent HR applications, with specific focus on the technical configuration and management of Payroll and Core HR modules.\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel, with a demonstrated ability to handle and analyse large volumes of data effectively.\nProven experience in business analysis, including process mapping and requirements definition, to enhance system functionality and user experience.\nStrong background in database administration, with a solid understanding of data management principles.\nExcellent problem-solving capabilities in both technical and service delivery settings.
