About the Role: Driver Hire Dumfries is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Produtction Operative to join our clients team. As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in supporting the production process, ensuring the efficient operation of machinery, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the day-to-day operations of the factory
* Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the factory floor
* Ensure products meet quality standards
* Support team members with general production tasks
Requirements
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred but not essential
* Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
* A strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items
* Having your own Transport is beneficial due to the location
Shift Details
* Dayshifts - Monday to Thursday 0600-1600 Friday - 0600-1400
* Hourly Rate of Pay - £14 per hour including holiday pay
* Increase in hourly rate after 12 weeks
* Monthly shift bonus after 12 weeks
