Role Description
This is a full-time (37.5 hours a week) on-site role for a Marketing Executive located in Magherafelt. As our Marketing Executive, you'll play a key part in planning, delivering, and optimising campaigns across digital and traditional channels. You'll work closely with our wider team and marketing agencies to bring bold ideas to life and ensure every campaign delivers measurable results.
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for:
* Administrative Support: Assist in day-to-day tasks, including managing marketing calendars, liaising with suppliers, coordinating with other teams, attending meetings, taking notes, and distributing them to relevant stakeholders.
* Social Media Management: Schedule and monitor posts across all social platforms, engage with followers, and support digital marketing campaigns.
* Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for social media and email marketing.
* Campaign Support: Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives.
* Analytics and Reporting: Track the performance of campaigns and social media metrics, providing reports.
* Brand Representation: Ensure all marketing materials are on-brand and uphold MUA's reputation for excellence in line with our brand guidelines.
* Sales Support: on occasion, standing in for customer service team members in times of unpredictable peak of calls.
* Any other duties required by the company.
Essential Criteria
* 5 GCSEs including Maths and English with A-C grades.
* Confident to manage a busy workload within a busy office environment.
* Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience working with a team.
* Self-motivated and confident individual.
* Possess a flexible approach and a 'can do' attitude.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook & Teams).
* Proficient in Adobe packages and/ or Canva.
* Creative & Strategic – Strong ideas backed by data-driven decision making.
* Digitally Savvy – Confident with digital channels, analytics tools, and content management systems.
