About the team Our team of dedicated Gaming, Trading & Crypto Relationship Managers create value for some of the largest global merchants based across the EMEA region. They seek out new opportunities to unleash the potential of our new and existing customers. You will be working in a team covering the EMEA region with people spread across different locations. Joining a high-performance team with a passion for the merchants and vertical they represent. The team is very focused on supporting each other in a complex industry and team culture is at the forefront of what we do. What you’ll own Acts as primary liaison between client and Worldpay and understands client needs including financial expectations and restrictions. Within client organizations, builds network of both operational and executive C-level users and maintains knowledge of products and services utilized. Works directly with relevant teams to plan, coordinate and facilitate client meetings at Worldpay offices and Executive and/or Sales Executive visits and presentations at client on-site facilities. Upsell and cross-sell products/services Own and manage the relationships with key merchants Ensure alignment of client technology and business strategies Focus on account retention and continued revenue growth What you bring Experience as a Relationship or Account Manager in the payments and/or Fintech space. Minimum 2 years of experience interacting with Merchants and/or partners. Understanding of global payment coupled with merchant requirements and needs. Experience within the Gaming, Trading and Crypto verticals an advantage Ability to build strong relationships Worldpay Values Curious – You ask the right questions, listening and learning to get better every day.
