HR Advisor
Location: Telford / Hybrid
Salary: Up to £38,000 (pro rata)Contract: Fixed-term - 3 months

About the Role
As an Interim HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing expert advice and operational HR support to managers and colleagues. You will manage a variety of employee relations cases while supporting ongoing HR projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional HR advice and guidance on a range of employee relations matters, including absence management, disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues
Support managers with case management, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policy
Assist in the delivery of HR projects and organisational change initiatives
Contribute to policy development and continuous improvement of HR processes
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
About You
Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar role
Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
Confident managing complex employee relations cases independently
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience desirable
Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
