Residential Surveyor (AssocRICS) – Kent Area
Full-Time | Up to £60,000 + Car Allowance + Bonuses
Are you an AssocRICS-qualified Residential Surveyor looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking an experienced, motivated professional to join our expanding team, delivering high-quality surveying services across the Kent region.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for carrying out a range of residential surveying duties, including:
1. RICS Level 1, 2, and 3 surveys
2. Mortgage valuations
3. Reporting on a wide variety of residential property types
4. Providing clear, reliable advice to clients and maintaining excellent service standards
This role offers autonomy, strong administrative support, and a steady workflow within a well-established, reputable surveying network.
What We’re Looking For:
5. AssocRICS qualification (essential)
6. Proven experience in residential surveying
7. Strong technical knowledge and sound professional judgement
8. Excellent communication and report-writing skills
9. A proactive, organised approach to workload management
10. Full UK driving licence
