The Consumer Products division of Hasbro European Services provides services for the licensing business of Hasbro International Inc. Promotions & Partnerships Manager GCF: 2 year fixed term contract Based: London Hybrid Description The Global Promotions & Partnerships Manager at Hasbro is responsible for managing and administrating multi-market partnership campaigns. Partnerships at Hasbro involve licensing our IP to internationally renowned partners across sectors such as QSR, Automotive, Consumer Electronics, Tech, FMCG, Finance, Leisure, and Travel. Overseeing multiple programs at once across different territories. I.e. McDonalds Monopoly. The account manager will work on beloved Hasbro IP such as Monopoly, Transformers, My Little Pony, Dungeons & Dragons, Trivial Pursuit, Nerf and Play-Doh amongst others and will need to advise and assist promotional partners in utilizing Hasbro IP appropriately and creatively to mutual benefit. Serving as the day to day point of contact for Promotional partners and internal stakeholders overseeing the development of co-created content (including advertising), premiums for promotions, co-branded marketing campaigns, sponsorship activation, on pack promotions, POS, digital and social campaigns, OOH, creative concept and reviews. Managing timelines, budgets, onboarding of new partners, renewals, financial planning, invoicing and post campaign analysis. This is a fixed term two year contract and includes employment benefits. You will be responsible for: Project Management, Administration & Co-ordination -75% Manage all aspects of ongoing promotional projects including onboarding (legal, supplier set up, reporting, financial, procurement, quality assurance), scheduling, brand management, stewarding artwork and/or premium creation with agencies, marketing and content advising, stewarding approvals and translations, auditing our ways of working and advising improvements for best in class service to partners. Lead the management and tracking of promotional partnerships including determining project milestones, tracking project updates and reporting, enforcement of contractual provisions and economic terms. Determining tasks, coordinating kick off meetings and reviews, resource, planning and working to partner deadlines. Advise on behalf of Hasbro brand teams; creative direction, development and execution for all global promotional initiatives, including premiums, sponsorship, promotional licensing, retail activations, on-pack, POS, competitions, gamification and digital activations. Supervise the implementation of all advertising, marketing and promotional activities associated with the specific promotion whilst upholding the Hasbro brands standard of excellence. Immediately identify, anticipate, and flag risks or issues at the project level that could impact Hasbro, the partner, consumers or promotion.
