We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as our Territory Manager reporting into the Head of Territory Managers. Homebased role covering the M62 Corridor, Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire and periphery.Joining us on a full time, contract basis, (Normally Monday to Friday, exceptions for trade shows or customer weekend events, 40hours, with overnight stays to support territory management), you will receive a competitive salary.

As our Territory Manager, you will be building strong relationships with customers and driving sales and growth within your region, aligned to the company plans.
Responsibilities as our Territory Manager are to:
1. Achieve Territory sales revenue & volume targets, through a consultative approach & proactive account management, across passenger and commercial vehicle sector accounts
2. Drive and own the sales pipeline process at a distributor and workshop level
3. Identify areas of growth and introduce new products to all customers in line with the sales plan
4. Hold business development meetings with customers, to review performance and agree any proactive activity / programmes / promotions, to improve margin and increase volumes
5. Create and maintain stakeholder relationships, at all levels
6. Assist with market intelligence feedback
7. Support House of Brands strategy, working across our available brands
8. Cross territory support, where required
9. Maintain accurate & up to date account information within our CRM system (Salesforce)
10. Engage with internal departments and the broader team to achieve key objectives
11. Attend and support hospitality events and trade shows as required
12. Where necessary, engage with our credit control department to ensure customer payments are made on time and in full
Skills required of our Territory Manager:
13. 2-3 years sales experience
14. Articulate and numerate
15. Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs plus Salesforce and Power BI
16. Strong, positive, and proactive communicator
17. Flexible
18. Great time management and planning skills
19. Pro-active and can work on own initiative
20. Delivery of presentations and training
Good to have:
21. Knowledge of Automotive aftermarket
22. Field sales experience
23. Degree or equivalent
