Duties
* Carry out mechanical repairs and vehicle maintenance on a wide range of vehicles.
* Work efficiently to meet productivity targets and qualify for bonuses (aiming for 130%+ efficiency).
* Assist with vehicle stripping, fitting, electrical repairs, and diagnostics.
* Use ramps, specialised tools, and modern equipment to complete repairs to manufacturer standards.
* Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately, and within industry standards.
* Maintain high levels of workshop safety, cleanliness, and quality control.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* Relevant industry certifications such as NVQ, ATA, or equivalent.
* Proven experience as a MET Technician, with exposure to vehicles like Citroën, Peugeot, Stellantis, or Kia preferred.
* Ability to perform electrical, mechanical, and bodywork repairs.
* Consistently meet productivity targets and work effectively under pressure.
* Willingness to start early (6-7 am) if required.
* Reliable, proactive, and able to work well within a team.
* Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and commitment to quality.
