We’re looking for an experienced Senior Paid Social Manager to own and scale paid social performance across key platforms in a regulated advertising environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead paid social strategy across Meta and other relevant platforms
* Drive campaign optimisation through testing, creative, audience and funnel improvements
* Manage reporting, tracking, attribution and performance insights
* Develop alternative measurement approaches where platform restrictions apply
* Collaborate with creative, data, CRO and tech teams to improve conversion performance
* Present clear commercial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
* Stay ahead of platform, compliance and industry changes within regulated sectors
About You
* 5+ years experience in performance marketing with strong paid social expertise
* Proven success managing campaigns in regulated industries such as healthcare, pharma or wellness
* Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, attribution and performance analysis
* Commercially focused, analytical and confident working with imperfect data signals
* Experienced in D2C/e-commerce acquisition environments
* Comfortable balancing growth, compliance and brand governance
