Design Co‑ordinator
Location: Olney
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week

We're looking for a Design Co‑ordinator to support design and pre‑construction activity across low‑voltage projects, playing a key role in coordinating technical information and supporting early‑stage project delivery.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate early‑stage design and pre‑construction activities, including surveys, documentation and technical inputs
2. Collate and manage design information, supporting basic LV design tasks and maintaining accurate records
3. Prepare, submit and track DNO grid applications including G98, G99 and G
4. Act as a central point of coordination between design, estimating, procurement and delivery teams
5. Maintain trackers, logs and reporting to support programme visibility and compliance
Required Qualifications:
6. Understanding of low‑voltage systems or experience within the renewables or electrical sector
7. Experience in a technical coordination, design support or pre‑construction role
8. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
What we're looking for:
9. A proactive and detail‑focused Design Co‑ordinator with a structured approach to workload management
10. Understanding of DNO grid application processes (G98, G99, G)
11. Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple internal and external stakeholders
12. Comfortable managing documentation, trackers and technical information
13. Experience in Solar PV, BESS or EV projects is desirable, as is exposure to CAD or design software
