KHR is currently working with a reputable gastropub based in Sevenoaks and is currently on the hunt for a Restaurant Manager. This is an important role within the team, which will see you be the face of the establishment and the leader of the team, ensuring customers have a great experience!
This is a varied role and will require someone flexible to run the Front of House and Bar.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
* Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff
* Train and develop staff members, providing guidance and feedback as needed
* Create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and excellent customer service
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
* Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally
Candidate Profile
* Previous experience in restaurant management
* Strong leadership and team-building skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Strong business acumen and understanding of financial principles
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
