Title: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Norwich, NR2 1AD
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum + 20% Commission on all deals
Shift Pattern: Mon - Thu 8:30-17:30, Fri 8:30-12:30 (4.5-day working week / 36 hours)
Cooper Lomaz Recruitment are seeking highly driven and experienced Mid to Senior level Recruitment Consultants to join our team based in Norwich.
Role Overview:
The role of a Recruitment Consultant is a varied position, where you get to work with a range of exciting businesses and talented candidates. In this role you will manage exceptional relationships with both clients and candidates and match the candidate with their perfect job. Whilst each day is different, you will typically find yourself doing the following:
Role Responsibilities:
1. Advertising jobs and searching for candidates
2. Speaking to potential and current clients to win business
3. Speaking with candidates to understand their skills and motivations
4. Sending CVs, arranging interviews, and managing offers
5. Networking on social media
6. Meeting candidates and clients

Further Details:
15. Shift Pattern: Monday-Thursday 08:30 – 17:30, Friday 08:30 – 17:00.

Working Location:
Most of our team work on-site at our Norwich-based office. We’re based in the heart of Norwich, located in Lawrence House, near the Cosy Club (NR2 1AD).
