Assembly/Machine Operative This role is based in Daventry. Full relocation support is provided. Location: Daventry Salary: Up to £33,628.70 per annum Type: Permanent – Right to Work in the UK Required Looking for a new start and willing to relocate? We’re hiring Assembly Operatives and Machine Operatives to join a growing and well-established manufacturing business in Daventry. We’re looking for positive, hardworking people with a good attitude and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in manufacturing or production is important. You should be confident working in a fast-paced environment, able to use hand tools, and comfortable with physical tasks. Machine operating experience is a real advantage. What We’re Looking For: * Experience in manufacturing and production environments * Ability to work in a physical role * Basic to communicative English level * Willingness to relocate to Daventry (support available!) * Strong work ethic and a great attitude Roles Available: 1. Assembly Operative * Use hand and power tools (full training provided) * Assemble steel products to high standards * Follow SOPs in a fast-paced setting 1.
