* NMC registration - Either RGN or RMN
* Demonstrable experience post registration working in a similar setting
* Preferably would have worked within a care home or elderly setting
* A commitment to delivering high quality care
* Good communication and organisational skills

Responsibilities
• Coordinate care for residents and liaise with GPs and other providers as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Build strong relationships with residents and their families; deliver holistic, person-centred care
• Maintain and develop clinical skills through ongoing training and professional development
