We seek experienced Landscape Planners, from Senior to Associate level, to join our Environment team based in our Leeds office. We operate across the UK, delivering exceptional and sustainable development services.
What we need:
At Pegasus Group, landscape planning is crucial to project delivery. We use strategic landscape analysis to guide development principles and deliver sustainable designs.
We are looking for experienced landscape planners with a proven track record to deliver workstreams including Landscape Appraisals, LVIA's, TVIA's, greenbelt and greybelt assessments.
Our team works on high profile projects, many of which involve liaising with barristers for planning appeals. Passion for sustainable development, team collaboration, professional integrity, and strong communication skills are essential.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
* A degree or postgraduate diploma in Landscape Architecture
* Chartered Member of Landscape Institute
* Proven experience in LVIA's, feasibility studies, landscape planning and design, supporting landscape statements and mitigation strategies;
* Experience in the energy and residential sectors.
* Strong technical report writing skills;
* Successful project management with effective organisational and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively and independently;
* Proactive, strategic, and analytical approach to client requirements;
* Sound commercial acumen.
