* Monitoring political and regulatory developments across the UK Houses of Parliament, Government departments and agencies, political parties, think tanks and NGOs, providing structured updates and analysis for internal stakeholders.
* Conducting policy and stakeholder research, drafting briefing notes and reports on issues relevant to the business, and supporting engagement strategies that protect Ferrero’s licence to operate.
* Supporting stakeholder engagement programmes, including drafting correspondence for parliamentarians, liaising with parliamentary offices and coordinating meetings or visits.
* Assisting with the organisation of parliamentary and stakeholder events, as well as supporting key external partnerships and corporate initiatives.
This role offers practical exposure to public policy analysis, stakeholder engagement and corporate reputation management within a dynamic and highly visible function.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is motivated to learn, intellectually curious and interested in how business interacts with the political and regulatory environment.
You may be currently studying towards, or have recently completed, a degree-level qualification in Politics, International Relations, Public Policy, Law, Business or a related discipline. Equivalent experience or alternative academic backgrounds with strong analytical capability are also welcomed.

* Analytical thinking and confidence interpreting political or regulatory information
* Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
* A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks
We value diverse perspectives and encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds and experiences.
Throughout your internship, you will receive structured support and development opportunities to help you build practical experience in corporate affairs within a global organisation.
