Freelance Part‑Time Site Supervisor – Commercial Fit‑Out (Ipswich)
Start Date: ASAP • Duration: 4 months (2–3 days per week, may increase to 5 days) • Day Rate: £280.00/day • Client: National FM Provider (Key Account)
Role Responsibilities
* Day‑to‑day site management and supervision of subcontractors
* Ensuring health & safety compliance on site
* Managing project timelines and reporting progress
* Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
* Ensuring quality control throughout the fit‑out process
Requirements
* Proven experience in managing commercial fit‑out projects
* SMSTS certification
* First Aid certification
* CSCS card
* NEBOSH (Managing safety) or IOSH
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Ability to work independently and lead on‑site activities
