We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
* Supervise front-of-house staff during shifts, ensuring efficient operations.
* Manage food preparation processes, adhering to safety and quality standards.
* Train, mentor, and develop team members in culinary techniques and customer service.
* Maintain inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate supplies.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
* Collaborate with management to implement new menu items and promotions.
* Monitor staff performance, providing feedback to enhance productivity and morale.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a culinary or hospitality role, with a focus on kitchen management.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Previous experience in bartending or restaurant management is advantageous but not essential.
