If you're a committed Care Assistant or Support Worker with a strong track record and a desire to progress, we'll provide the training and support you need to thrive in this role.Your Role:As a Team Leader, you will:Lead and motivate a team of support workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred careSupport individuals to live fulfilling, independent livesOversee recruitment and development of team members, including staff supervisions and interviewsCommunicate effectively with staff, the people we support, and external professionalsMaintain accurate records using strong written and IT skills"Lifeways has been amazing.
