PLEASE NOTE: This is an in-person role, you will be based in our office in Staffordshire.
We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through visual media and possess the technical skills necessary to bring projects to life. You will work closely with our production team to edit and produce high-quality video content that drives engagement for our clients.
Duties
* Edit raw footage into polished video content, ensuring a cohesive narrative flow.
* Collaborate with directors and producers to understand project goals and vision.
* Select and incorporate music, sound effects, graphics, and other elements to enhance the final product.
* Review and revise edits based on feedback from team members or clients.
* Maintain an organised library of video assets for easy retrieval.
* Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and software advancements to continuously improve editing skills.
Requirements
* Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop and After Effects.
* Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.
* Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for visual composition and storytelling.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
* Previous experience in video editing - professional or otherwise.
* A portfolio showcasing your own work is essential.

Pay: £24,000.00-£31,000.00 per year - dependent on experience
