Within our Consumer White Label division, we offer outsourced leasing and fleet management services, utilising our expertise to assist automotive manufacturers, distributors, and consumer finance partners. Our Dealer Services Team acts as the primary point of contact for customers seeking updates on our services. They ensure that dealers and brokers are supported with various inquiries, including quotes, orders, website support, quote matching, quote validations, and registering a vehicle correctly.

What you'll be doing

Based at our state-of-the-art Kirkstall Forge office in Leeds, this diverse and rewarding role involves;

* Being the first point of contact for many of our White Label customers (Dealers/Brokers) when they need an update on our service. You will ensure a seamless experience, ensuring the customer is satisfied.
* You will support customers with their queries throughout the quote to activation process. Ensuring a ‘Right First Time" approach by providing clear and accurate information.
* 90% of your day will be phone based answering up to 40 calls a day, ensuring calls are answered within the agreed SLA's.
* You will manage a customer queue that is cleared upon car delivery to our drivers. You will take ownership of your own queue and proactively work to keep it up to date.
* You will investigate quote queries and ensure quotes given to drivers by our customers are accurate, this will require a high level of attention to detail and absolute accuracy when submitting final quotes.

* Are proficient in IT and possess excellent organizational skills.
* Exhibit a proactive attitude and a solution-oriented mindset.
