A well-established, independent financial planning firm operating at the higher end of the market is seeking a Senior Independent Financial Adviser to join the business as part of its long-term growth strategy.

The firm advises high-net-worth families, typically with £k+ investable assets, and has grown organically to c.£m AUM. Advice is fully independent, supported by a strong in-house team of Paraplanners and Administrators, with compliance provided through a leading network.
The Role
1. Manage and grow an existing portfolio of high-net-worth clients
2. Transition and retain a portable client book into the business
3. Deliver holistic, long-term financial planning advice
4. Act as a senior presence within the adviser team
5. Contribute to the strategic growth and direction of the firm
6. Build and maintain strong professional introducer relationships
Candidate Profile
7. Highly experienced Independent Financial Adviser
8. Demonstrable, loyal client bank capable of transitioning
9. Strong track record advising high-net-worth clients
10. Commercially minded with a long-term outlook
11. Values independence, quality advice, and long-term client relationships
Remuneration & Equity
12. Basic salary up to £90,, aligned to revenue
13. Transparent revenue share model
14. Total earnings designed to reflect ongoing income and growth
15. EMI equity participation available for the right individual
