Position Details
* Apprenticeship: Business Administration Level 3
* Location: Brighton
* Salary: £8.50 per hour (£16,320 per annum)
* Hours: 40 hrs per week, Monday – Friday 7am – 4pm

* A Levels (D+)
Responsibilities
Candidate Management
* Source, screen, and register candidates via job boards, CRM systems, and internal referrals
* Conduct initial phone screenings to assess suitability
* Arrange interviews and coordinate candidate availability
* Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate records in the CRM
Compliance & Documentation
* Collect, verify, and process candidate compliance documents (ID, references, certificates, right‑to‑work checks)
* Ensure all documentation meets internal and regulatory standards
* Track and chase outstanding compliance items
Administrative Support
* Post and update job adverts across relevant platforms
* Manage incoming applications and inbox queries
* Prepare candidate profiles and submit them to clients in a timely manner
* Maintain spreadsheets, recruitment trackers, and internal reports
Apprenticeship Information
You will be enrolled on the Business Admin Level 3 Apprenticeship, typically completed over 18 months. This includes:
* Regular workplace‑based learning supported by your training provider and line manager
* A minimum of 6 hours per week of off‑the‑job training
* Development of skills, knowledge, and behaviours aligned to the apprenticeship standard
* Completion of a portfolio and end‑point assessment
* Functional Skills support in English or Maths if not previously achieved at Level 2
Prospects
Once you have completed your apprenticeship there will be the opportunity to potentially go into a permanent role.
