Key Responsibilities

* Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated testing at multiple stages.
* Help define and promote best practices for quality across the engineering team.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in software development, QA engineering, or a hybrid role.
* Experience writing automated tests using modern frameworks (e.g. Jest, Playwright, Cypress, Mocha).
* Solid understanding of software testing principles and test design techniques.
* Experience testing APIs, web applications, and integrations in distributed systems.
* Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g. GitHub Actions) and integrating automated tests into pipelines.
* Very strong communication skills and a detail‑oriented mindset with a passion for catching edge cases before they reach production.

* Familiarity with backend frameworks (e.g. Node.js, Express, Next.js) and frontend frameworks (e.g. React).
* Knowledge of blockchain‑based systems or digital asset platforms.
* Experience in fintech, regulated environments, or other high‑trust software products.
* Experience with penetration testers and building out mitigation plans for external audits.
* Generous stock options and equity plans.
* Private health insurance (UK/IRE only).
* 24 days annual leave plus public holidays, with flexibility for additional time off.
* IT and office equipment provided, including MacBook, displays, and accessories.
* Salary sacrifice scheme and financial tools covering childcare, groceries, tech, pensions, bikes and subscriptions (UK only).
* A state‑of‑the‑art central office in Belfast or Dundalk.
* An annual learning and personal development budget.
* Opportunity to work in a high‑growth startup where your contribution matters.
* Exposure to collaborative working and direct knowledge sharing from experts across financial services, blockchain and fintech.
