The Role
* Lead and develop Psychology and Sociology across Key Stages 4 and 5
* Drive outstanding teaching, learning and student outcomes
* Develop an engaging and ambitious curriculum
* Support and inspire students to achieve their full potential
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Strong subject knowledge in Psychology and/or Sociology
* A track record of excellent classroom practice
* Leadership experience or the ambition to step into a leadership role
