About Your Role:
In this role, you'll support the Management in running the venue. You'll set the standard for customer service at The Cardan, leading by example and training others to deliver the best customer experience. Your team, composed of competent and passionate colleagues, will be led by an experienced management team. We want The Cardan to be a showcase for excellent drinks, fantastic food, and an unbeatable atmosphere.
About You:
You should have experience in the hospitality industry or a similar role to effectively lead the team. Knowledge of food, cocktails, and drinks is desirable but not essential; a willingness to learn is. We provide all necessary tools, and we're looking for someone excited to learn. You must be customer-focused, ensuring every customer interaction is outstanding.
