Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and personable Regional Client Liaison to represent KKL ET in the Northern communities. Based in Manchester, Leeds, or Liverpool, you will act as a local presence for the Legacy Department, helping to strengthen existing relationships, build new client connections, and engage with community organisations.
This role combines relationship management, outreach, and community-facing event coordination. You will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients in the region and play an active role in enhancing visibility and support for the work of JNF UK and KKL ET.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement and Relationship Management
* Act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing legacy clients in the region
* Liaise with individuals to provide initial information about KKL ET and its services
* Refer interested clients to the Director of Legacies for further legal discussions
* Maintain warm, professional relationships with current clients to ensure ongoing engagement
* Provide outstanding service to all clients, showing empathy, patience and discretion
Community Outreach and Representation
* Serve as a visible and knowledgeable presence for KKL ET in local communities
* Liaise with communal organisations and charities to enhance regional awareness of JNF UK’s work
* Identify new opportunities to promote legacy giving and client engagement in the North
Marketing and Events Support
* Organise and support local events and legacy information sessions
* Monitor and report on local response to advertising and marketing campaigns
* Assist with identifying suitable advertising or publicity opportunities in the region
Internal Communication and Reporting
* Provide regular updates to the Director of Legacies and Director of Community Relations
* Flag any developments, challenges or opportunities arising in the region.
Person Specification
Essential:
* Knowledge of and/or strong connection to the Jewish community
* Confident, warm and proactive communicator
* Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
* Experience planning and delivering community or outreach events
* Ability to work independently and manage own schedule
* Understanding and empathy when dealing with legacy clients
* Comfortable taking initiative and responding to client needs
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
Desirable:
* Knowledge of Israel and the work of JNF UK
* Previous experience in a client-facing, outreach, or ambassadorial role
Additional Information
* Office-based at JNF’s Manchester Office with some travel to Leeds and Liverpool
* Office hours: 09:00 – 17:30 with early closing on Fridays
* Holiday entitlement (prorated for part-time): 20 days annual leave + 8 UK bank holidays and Jewish festivals when the office is closed
* Subject to an Enhanced DBS (and barred) check.
* £25,000 FTE, pro rate for part-time.
