🏡 About the Service
You'll be supporting six incredible individuals aged 22-70 with learning disabilities. They're social, full of personality, and love getting out and about. Your role will be to support their independence, build life skills, and share in their hobbies and daily routines.
We follow a "do with, not do for" approach-because we believe in empowering people, not doing things for them.
🌈 What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting with medication, cooking, and household tasks
* Helping with personal care where needed
* Encouraging community involvement and hobbies
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Supporting budgeting and admin tasks
* Driving individuals to activities and appointments
* Keeping clear and accurate records
* Bringing fresh ideas and energy to the team

Full training and support will be provided, including the opportunity to gain a QCF Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care.
