We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Residential Inventory Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate and thorough inventories of residential properties before and after tenancy periods. This includes compiling detailed reports, assessing the condition of furnishings and fixtures, and ensuring property standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct property inspections at the start (check-in) and end (check-out) of tenancy agreements.
* Prepare detailed and unbiased inventory reports, including written descriptions and photographs of property contents and condition.
* Assess wear and tear, damage, or changes to property items and structures.
* Use digital inventory software and handheld devices to record data.
* Ensure compliance with relevant tenancy laws, deposit schemes, and industry standards.
* Schedule and manage appointments independently, often working across multiple properties per day.
Requirements:
* Excellent attention to detail and observational skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication.
* Good knowledge of residential properties furnishings.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Proficient in using tablets, digital inventory software, and Microsoft Office.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
