Roles & Responsibilities
* Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies using various digital channels and establishing measurable KPIs.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with content, sales, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing initiatives.
* Plan, execute, and manage digital campaigns across multiple platforms while monitoring performance reports, analysing data, and making data‑driven recommendations.
* Optimise website performance by improving organic traffic, reducing bounce rates, and increasing conversion rates to enhance user experience and lead generation.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, audience insights, and growth opportunities.
* Develop, curate, and manage social media campaigns, including content creation, publishing schedules, and community engagement.
* Manage and optimise paid advertising (PPC) campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms to maximise ROI.
* Execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, on‑page and off‑page optimisation, link‑building, and technical SEO to improve search rankings and organic visibility.
* Develop and run email marketing campaigns, performing A/B testing to optimise engagement and conversion rates.
* Track and analyse campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights to measure success and inform strategy.
* Prepare and present monthly and quarterly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
* A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related fields.
* 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or content marketing.
* Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
* Proficient in marketing automation tools.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, PR, email marketing and social media.
* Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
* Experience with graphic design and content production.
* Knowledge of website CMS and marketing automation tools.
* Proficiency in developing and overseeing email marketing initiatives.
* Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and website design best practices.
* Certifications in HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar.
