With 78 bedrooms, exceptional location, unparalleled amenities, and playful spirit, we’re the perfect base for any Bristol adventure.
This is a popular location with a strong focus on food & beverage, we are, therefore, looking for someone with previous experience in managing a similar sized hotel and operation.
In this role you’re a real organiser, who loves leading and motivating your team. You will be driving the brand strategy in all elements of the business and set Hotel du Vin apart from the competition as a preferred employer and destination to stay, eat and drink.
You will know the local market and understand how to maximise revenue within the business by looking at the bigger picture, managing the detail through your department managers and team will be second nature and leading from the front to set the example is something you are no stranger to.
Ideally you will have had previous experience in managing and motivating teams in a hospitality business that experiences busy seasonal peaks, and you will have a sound knowledge of food and drink in a similar sized property.
