We are looking for energetic, customer‑focused individuals to join our team for a 4‑hour contract during the busy holiday season. There may be opportunities to transition to a permanent role following the initial festive period.

About the role
As a Seasonal Retail Sales Assistant you will be the heart of our holiday peak period. You will welcome customers with a friendly smile, inspire them to read, learn, create or play and help ensure the shop looks its best. The role can be physically demanding – you will manage heavy stock, climb stairs and work in a fast‑paced environment. You will receive supportive teamwork and the chance to take advantage of our 25% colleague discount during the busiest period.
Key responsibilities

* Merchandising Marvel – follow planograms, present key product areas and creatively display non‑planogrammed spaces.
