Responsibilities
* Food to be prepared and served according to spec.
* Preparations to be kept clean and tidy.
* Complying to high levels of food preparation, production and presentation within the Stadium.
* Adhere to safety guidelines when using equipment.
* Adhering to company standards and policies.
* Working with the Head & Executive chef to ensure food service standards are meeting their expectations.
* Always Adhering to Food Safety alongside Health & Safety procedures.
* Supporting in minimising wastage.

Previous experience required
Basic Food hygiene knowledge (Level 2)

Chef - Matchday Hospitality £17.10 per hour. Flexible working - Match Days and Non-Match Days (C&E Events) which includes evening & weekend shifts.
