About the Role
As an Education Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting pupils' learning and wellbeing, working closely with teachers and the wider school team to ensure every child has the opportunity to succeed.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing individual and group support to pupils to help them achieve learning goals
* Assisting teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons
* Promoting positive behaviour, confidence, and independence in students
* Helping to prepare classroom materials and maintain an organised learning environment
* Contributing to the overall wellbeing and progress of pupils across different subjects

What We're Looking For
We welcome applications from candidates who are:
* Strong communicators with excellent teamwork skills
* Experienced in working with young people (in schools, youth work, or similar roles)
* Passionate about education and helping students reach their potential
* Qualified with a Teaching Assistant or Support qualification (desirable but not essential)
* Able to demonstrate transferable skills from previous roles or experiences

Requirements
