The Role An Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ comprehensive school in Buckingham is seeking a Curriculum Lead for Social Sciences to drive forward an engaging curriculum across Sociology, Psychology, and Politics. Guide staff training, curriculum mapping, and innovative pedagogy across the department. Strengthen links with universities, policymakers, and research institutions to enhance learning. Promote diverse perspectives and inclusive teaching strategies, ensuring that all students feel represented and engaged. Who We’re Looking For A qualified Social Sciences teacher (QTS) with expertise in at least one of the key disciplines (Sociology, Psychology, Politics). A proactive leader who can implement creative teaching approaches and curriculum innovation. A collaborative educator who enjoys mentoring colleagues and sharing best practices.
