Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the effectiveness and reach of educational psychology services across the region. Collaborate with schools, parents, and other stakeholders to promote the well-being and educational development of children and young people. Provide guidance and supervision to a team of educational psychologists, fostering a culture of continuous professional development and excellence. Conduct assessments and interventions to address the educational and psychological needs of students, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
