Job Description What you will be doing First and foremost, you will be responsible and accountable for achieving and exceeding your own sales KPI’s from an activity, revenue and margin perspective. Manage key customer relationships, and ensure high customer retention and satisfaction. Manage performance and drive the team to increase New Business Development. Ensure the sales team are trained on and understand new products and solutions as they enter the market. Ensure the team are maximising sales opportunities through allocated accounts & new business – planned method & approach to win potential business at maximum Gross Margin. Proactively manage CRM system, activity, opportunity pipeline reporting. Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of business development activities. Prepare regular reports on business development progress, achievements, business plans and challenges for management review. Supply weekly accurate sales forecasts to Head of Regional Sales Observe all health and safety requirements, ensuring that you, and others around you are operating in a safe manner.
