The Role As a Trainee Teacher, you won't be thrown into the deep end alone. You will work 1:1 or in small groups with students, learning to implement bespoke educational and behavioural programs. Learn as You Earn: Gain hands-on experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) while receiving comprehensive internal training. Behavioural Expertise: Master the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) to support communication and life skills. Collaborative Growth: Work alongside Speech and Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists to provide holistic support. What We're Looking For Passion over Experience: You don't need a teaching degree yet. We value personality, patience, and a genuine desire to support young people with complex needs. Resilience: The ability to remain calm and positive in challenging situations. Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for reporting on student progress.
