In your first 12 months, you can expect to be responding to a wide variety of Partner and staff consultations and have a key role supporting new projects, working with our team spread across London, regional offices, and offshore delivery centres.
Longer term, as you gain experience with us, you should expect to get increasingly involved in the full range of processes for which the team is responsible, such as overseeing compliance testing, supporting new joiners and new promotes, handling dispensations, and developing and delivering training support as well as more targeted initiatives to address hot topics.

* Comprehensive Training:We provide all the training you need to succeed in this role.
* Problem-Solving Opportunities:Use your ability to interpret rules and apply them pragmatically to real-world problems, helping people and solving complex issues.
* Professional Growth:Develop critical skills that are essential for all PwC professionals and grow your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.
This Role Is For You If
We are looking for a proactive and adaptable professional who thrives in dynamic, complex environments and demonstrates a genuine commitment to upholding the highest standards of independence and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong process management skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to interpret and apply regulatory rules to real-world challenges with practical judgement.
Key Skills And Attributes Include
* Exceptional problem-solving abilities: You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, interpreting complex rules, and finding pragmatic solutions to novel challenges.
* Excellent communication skills: You can clearly explain technical or regulatory concepts to colleagues at all levels, guiding and advising others with confidence.
* Stakeholder management: You have experience collaborating across teams, influencing key stakeholders, and building strong working relationships both within and outside the organisation.
* Team leadership and coaching: You enjoy supporting and mentoring junior colleagues, fostering a collaborative and positive team environment.
* Quick adaptability: You are a fast learner who thrives on variety, capable of switching between projects and handling a broad spectrum of compliance and process tasks.
* Experience in compliance or professional services: Background in independence, compliance, risk, audit, assurance, or financial services is a strong asset but technical independence knowledge is not a pre-requisite. We will provide all the training needed.
* Service-oriented mindset: You are motivated by helping others, enhancing processes, and making a tangible impact through your work.
