We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a well-established residential development in Carmarthen.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a long-term project with a reputable developer, supporting site operations and ensuring the build progresses safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Site Manager with day-to-day site operations
2. Maintain health & safety standards and site compliance
3. Coordinate trades and subcontractors
4. Monitor build quality and progress
5. Assist with site paperwork and reporting
Requirements:
* Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or similar role
* Valid CSCS card
* SMSTS preferred
* First Aid certification
* Strong knowledge of residential construction
* Good communication and organisational skills
