We’re looking for a Store Manager to lead our Glasgow West End store, home to both Cotswold Outdoor and Runners Need. This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant, knowledgeable team and help build a hub for outdoor and running enthusiasts in one of Glasgow’s most dynamic areas.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading and inspiring a passionate, high-performing team
* Overseeing store operations including stock management, audits, banking, and compliance
* Delivering outstanding customer experiences, tailored to each individual’s journey
* Driving sales performance through KPIs, strategy, and service standards
* Executing visual merchandising plans to maintain an inspiring and engaging shop floor
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven experience in retail store management (outdoor, apparel, or footwear sectors preferred)
* A hands-on leadership style with strong coaching and mentoring abilities

* A commercial mindset with the ability to drive performance and continuous improvement
