Overview
We’re partnered with a leading consumer-focused business looking to bring in a Junior Brand Manager to support the delivery of brand and commercial marketing initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants hands‑on exposure across brand development, campaign execution, and commercial strategy within a fast‑paced environment.
The Role
Working as part of a collaborative marketing team, you’ll play a key role in supporting brand growth across multiple channels. You’ll gain exposure to both strategic planning and day‑to‑day execution, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Market Support
* Assist in the development and rollout of brand plans and marketing initiatives
* Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
* Support category insights and performance tracking
Campaign & Trade Marketing
* Coordinate marketing activities across retail and commercial channels
* Support campaign execution and track performance metrics
* Assist with activation planning and post‑campaign analysis
Stakeholder & Agency Coordination
* Help brief and liaise with creative, media, and production partners
* Work cross‑functionally with sales and commercial teams
* Support the creation of presentations and marketing materials for client‑facing use
Commercial & Operational Support
* Assist with forecasting, reporting, and budget tracking
* Support internal reporting on sales performance and marketing spend
* Work with operational teams to ensure alignment between supply and demand
What We’re Looking For
* Some exposure to marketing, brand or commercial roles (including internships or placements)
* Interest in consumer‑led industries such as retail, FMCG or health & wellness
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly
* Confident communicator, comfortable working across teams
* Proactive mindset with a desire to learn and develop
Preferred Background (not essential)
* Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
* Interest in or working towards a professional marketing qualification (e.g. CIM)
* Familiarity with tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
