Administrator
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a leading manufacturing business based in Romsey. This will be an ongoing temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent.
Responsibilities as an Administrator:
o Manage daily administrative tasks to support office operations.
o Maintain organized records and data entry processes.
o Handle correspondence via phone and email with professionalism.
o Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
o Processing incoming and outgoing orders, including associated documentation (full training provided)
o Liaising with freight companies and booking shipments via online portals
Reequipments for this position:
o Previous administration experience.
o Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
o Strong written and verbal communication skills
o Ability to prioritise workload and manage tasks efficiently.
o Attention to detail in data entry and record keeping.
o Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is advantageous but not essential.
The Administrator role:
o £13.45 per hour
o Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm
o Temporary ongoing position
