Responsibilities:
1. Conducts leadership tasks, e.g. hiring, performance management, people development including day-to-day coaching, staffing…
2. Promotes and sells a portfolio of products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new customers
3. Ensures the team targets are set and delivered
4. Informs customers of new product/service introductions and prices
5. Creates, monitors and revises lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline
6. Manages a small to medium domestic territory or accounts
7. Develops expertise in an aspect of business, financials, products/services, the market and the needs of assigned accounts
8. Leads a small sales team on a permanent basis
9. Has a solid understanding of business, financials, products/services, the market and the needs of assigned accounts; may help develop colleagues' understanding; may be recognized as an expert in one area
10. Works with complex or large territory/account, products/services, sales or account management processes; serves as team lead
11. Has authority/opportunity to set and negotiate product/service terms
12. Plans own territory or account approach and manages own resources
Qualifications:
13. Typically academic degree and relevant work experience
14. Continuous education on up-to-date technical / professional expertise
