Base pay range: £14.39 - £16.13 per hour (depending on experience and lounge location)

Job Description and Responsibilities
* Food Preparation – prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards; ensure food safety requirements are met at all times
* Station Management – oversee the production of dishes for your station and maintain a clean, stocked area
* Quality Control – maintain high quality, presentation and taste
* Team Collaboration – communicate effectively with team members and assist colleagues as needed
* Menu Development – collaborate with head chef to develop and test new recipes; provide improvement suggestions
* Cleaning and Maintenance – keep kitchen and equipment clean and in good working order
* Flexible Working – ability to cover early, middle, and late shifts within lounge operating hours 04:00–22:00; shifts are 8.5 hours
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Commis Chef or similar role
* Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
* Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities
