Due to ongoing growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator to join us in our London office.
Office administrator Duties and Responsibilities
* Manage daily office operations and ensure a well-organised work environment
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
* Order and manage office supplies and inventory
* Support senior staff with administrative tasks
* Prepare documents and reports
* Provide general support to staff across departments
Ideally you will have the following
* Proven work experience as a office administrator
* Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
* Discretion and confidentiality
* Excellent IT skills, including a working knowledge of presentation software packages, preferably Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
